All I am receiving from HadleyDesigns.com or Etsy is an instructions pdf not the actual item I ordered/purchased? What am I missing? What am I doing wrong?

1. You should have received a second email from Corjl, our online editing software to download the type of file and edit that the way you’d like! 

2. Unfortunately those can get lost in spam and junk folders, so be sure to check there as well!

3. You can go to Corjl.com and use your email address and your order number to login and access that as well!
