I forgot or don't have access to the email account that I purchased my template with.

If you forgot the email you purchased with or don't have access to it follow these steps:

In addition at this time we cannot change the email address associated with your corjl account.

Step 1) Visit Corjl.com

Step 2) Click the "Edit My Item" button

Step 3) Determine if this is a brand new order that you have never accessed before OR an existing order you have previously edited.

Step 4) Select where you purchased your order (HadleyDesigns.com or ETSY)

Step 5) Create a FREE Corjl account or if you already have a Corjl account login with those details. (You will need to include the order ID which can be found on the confirmation email you received)
