Do you suggest anywhere that gives a discount for printing?

Most office supply stores like FEDEX, Office Depot, OfficeMax, Staples, Etc have monthly coupons for printing.  Simply google "FEDEX printing coupon"!  

We highly recommend using FEDEX to print small stationery items and Office Depot for large poster signs.
